QUANTITY SURVEYOU
For one of our Client projects in Poland, located in Refinery of Gdansk, we seeks a person in the role of QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Responsibilities:
•estimating and planning cost on construction projects by accurate measurement of the required work and materials
•preparing tender/contract documents including bills of quantities
•verifying subcontractors quantities and cost estimates
•cooperating with site supervisors
Your profile:
•3-5 years of experience on the similar position in construction company
•degree in engineering-preffered civil engineering
•experience in working with financial and technical specification of project,
•computer literacy-especially MS Office,AutoCAD),
•well spoken and written English,
•very good organization skills,
•professional attitude and task-orientation,
It is a full-time job on an 2 yrs long contract, for the project duration.
